Arnaud Castaignet

Arnaud Castaignet is Senior Vice President of Strategic Affairs and Investor Relations at Skeleton Technologies, a European deep-tech company developing critical power systems for AI infrastructure, grid and defense platforms. Arnaud leads the company’s engagement with strategic partners, investors, governments, and defense stakeholders across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East. Additionally, he is the General Manager of Skeleton’s French subsidiary, based in Toulouse and dedicated to defense activities.

Skeleton builds the power layer enabling large-scale AI infrastructure deployment, resilient and modernized grids, and next-generation defense technologies. The company is based in Estonia, with manufacturing in Germany and Finland, and systems assembly in the US.

Before joining Skeleton, Arnaud worked in Brussels as Director of Political Outreach at DIGITALEUROPE, the organization that represents the tech industry to EU institutions, and previously was part of French President Francois Hollande’s PR team. 

With more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of industrial strategy, energy, and government affairs, Arnaud is a frequent speaker at international forums on sovereign industrial capabilities, AI infrastructure, and the strategic role of power and energy in modern defense systems.
