Dr. Clemens Kaiser

Dr. Kaiser holds a degree and a doctorate from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and brings more than 25 years of experience in the global space sector. He has held senior leadership positions at Kayser-Threde, where he served as Managing Director and COO, and at EUMETSAT, where he was Director of Programme Development. Since 2019, he has been active in the satellite communications industry and currently serves as Chief Program Officer and Deputy CEO of Rivada Space Networks.
Throughout his career, Dr. Kaiser has led the development and delivery of complex space programs, with expertise spanning systems engineering, Earth observation, satellite communications, and next-generation connectivity. His international experience across industry, intergovernmental organizations, and start-ups has given him extensive insight into the commercial, institutional, and policy dimensions of the space sector. In addition to his executive role, Dr. Kaiser is a lecturer at Munich University of Applied Sciences.
