Kadri Tammai

Senior defence innovation executive with 20 years of experience delivering complex programmes in defence and national security.

I lead Alliance-wide implementation of defence innovation initiatives across all 32 NATO Allies and oversee the world’s largest distributed defence innovation network, with responsibility for strategic coherence, operational performance, and execution at scale.

My focus is driving the adoption of emerging and dual-use technologies against priority defence requirements and ensuring their transition into operational, deployable, and scalable military capability.

Innovative technology is not the goal. Operational advantage is the goal.
