Prof. Mart Noorma

Mart Noorma is a Co-Founder of Darkstar Ventures Fund, Professor of Space and Defence Technology of the University of Tartu and a volunteer of the Estonian Defence League. Over the years, he has served as Director of NATO's Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence, as Science and Development Director at Milrem Robotics and as a researcher at the US National Institute of Standards and Technology. He has contributed to numerous innovation processes of NATO and EU, like the NATO's Advisory Group on Emerging and Disruptive Technologies, NATO STO, the EEAS Space Advisory Board, the IEEE Autonomous Weapon Systems Expert Advisory Committee etc.
