Ole Aguirre

Ole leads DTCP's defence strategy, responsible for investments, portfolio management, performance, and overseeing strategy and fundraising. He brings over 25 years across both the armed forces and the commercial defence and security industry. He spent more than a decade in the Norwegian Intelligence Service and Special Forces before moving into industry. He was Managing Director at Bertel O. Steen Defence & Security, co-founded the Norwegian nano-UAV maker Prox Dynamics, later acquired by FLIR, and then held senior business development and M&A roles at FLIR Systems and Teledyne FLIR, ultimately as VP Business Development Europe and Global Head of M&A and Strategic Growth Initiatives.
