Kuldar Väärsi

Kuldar Väärsi is the founder and CEO of Milrem Robotics, a leading European provider of defense robotics solutions. He started the company in 2013, leveraging his experience in transportation, heavy industry, and entrepreneurship.

He is responsible for Milrem's global business strategy, presence, oversight, and expansion in the defense and security sector worldwide.

Kuldar Väärsi is also the chairman of the board of Estonian Air Navigation Services and served as the chairman of the board of the Estonian Defence Industry Association from 2014 to 2017.

Before working at Milrem, he was the CEO of SEBE, Estonia's largest public transport bus operator. He has also worked at the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, as well as serving on the board of Elektriraudtee, the Estonian state-owned railway company.

In 2022, Kuldar Väärsi was recognized by Ernst & Young as Estonia's Entrepreneur of the Year and received the title of Industrialist of the Year from Äripäev.
